Based in Boca Raton with 20+ years of real estate investment experience, we're licensed brokers who manage properties throughout South Florida - from Boca Raton to Fort Lauderdale and surrounding areas.
Luxury Property Care was founded in 2009 by Sivan Gerges and Liran Koren, both licensed real estate brokers with decades of experience in commercial property management and real estate investing. After managing their own portfolios across Palm Beach and Broward Counties, they saw a need for a management company that worked like an owner - focused on performance.
From our office at 950 Peninsula Corp Cir in Boca Raton, we manage single-family homes, condos, townhomes, multi-family units, and commercial real estate with hands-on service and clear communication.
