I own a property in Boca Raton and tried selling it with two different realtors, but nothing happened for months. I got frustrated and decided to rent it out instead. I found Luxury Property Care online, and they got a tenant in super quick. Now the rent covers my costs and even leaves me with a bit extra each month. Honestly can’t believe I didn’t do this sooner. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Huge thanks to Sivan and her team!

I've been with Luxury Property Care for about a year now and overall it’s been awesome. Super responsive team, always keeping me in the loop without me having to chase them. The portal makes it easy to track everything. We did hit a bump a few months back—there was a plumbing issue in one of my rentals, tenants were freaking out, and I thought it was gonna be a disaster. But LPC jumped on it fast. They had someone out there the next morning, got everything fixed within a few days, and even helped calm the tenants down. I didn’t have to deal with any of it directly, which was a huge relief. Highly recommended.

I’ve found LPC online about a year ago as I needed to find a company to manage my investment properties in Hallandale Beach. They provided great services, always on time, professional company. Very recommended

We applied for a rental property that was listed as pet-friendly on multiple platforms. We were fully transparent about our pet from the very beginning, even including all the details in the HOA application. After paying the non-refundable HOA fee, we were informed that the owner did not want to move forward with tenants who had a pet. Despite the situation, the real estate team handled it with kindness and professionalism by choosing to refund the HOA fee, even though it was technically non-refundable. I truly appreciate the team for taking the time to refund the HOA application fee. While it was disappointing that the owner decided not to move forward due to the pet policy, I understand that these decisions aren’t always in the agent’s hands. I’m grateful for how professionally and kindly the team handled the situation.
