Home watch is built around your calendar. Many of our owners live in South Florida from roughly mid-October through mid-May and travel the rest of the year, so we provide the service only during the periods you are away: the summer months and your winter travel weeks. You are billed monthly during those coverage periods, not year-round. There is no long-term lock-in and no cancellation fee, and the plan renews each season by simple agreement. If you need us while you are in residence, we are available on request.
Extra help, on request
Beyond regular checks and reporting, we can take on more whenever you want, billed separately by the hour or by quote. On request we can:
- Meet vendors, contractors, or deliveries at your home during set windows
- Coordinate repairs or projects through our vetted vendor network
- Prepare your home for your arrival, following your specific instructions
- Handle other tasks your home needs while you are away
Vendor costs, goods, and any expenses are billed at cost and approved by you. Because every home and season is different, we build a plan and a custom quote around exactly what you want.

Home watch is a visual observation service. Our role is to perform regular, scheduled visits and to report and make suggestions on what we observe, not to perform repairs or operate systems. It is not insurance and is not a guarantee against loss, and we cannot prevent events outside our control or issues that develop between visits. Owners maintain their own homeowner’s insurance and keep their existing cleaning, landscaping, and pool vendors. What we provide is a trusted, professional set of eyes on your home and early notice when something needs your attention, which is exactly what keeps small problems from becoming large ones.

What does home watch cost?
Because it is seasonal and tailored to your home, we provide a custom quote based on your property, the months you are away, and the services you want. You are billed monthly only during the periods we are covering the home, not year-round.
How often will you visit my home?
As often as you want. Many owners choose weekly visits, and some prefer every other week or monthly. We tailor the frequency to your home and season.
What is included, and what costs extra?
Regular inspections, reporting, mail forwarding, storm preparedness, a monthly report, and the owner portal are part of your plan. Meeting vendors, coordinating projects, arrival preparation, and hands-on tasks are available on request and billed separately, with vendor costs at cost.
Are you insured, and are you responsible if something goes wrong?
Home watch is a visual observation and reporting service. It is not insurance and does not make us responsible for events outside our control or between visits. Owners maintain their own homeowner’s insurance. Our value is early detection and trusted, professional oversight.
Do I have to commit long-term?
No. The service is seasonal, renews by simple agreement, and can be cancelled at any time with no cancellation fee.
